I was glad to find the gauge I needed on the web site. I placed my order and was impressed with the order time and information I received about the order. I felt the time to get the product was very good. Then when it was delivered the package was broke open with part completely out of the envelope which ripped. My first thought was what condition was the gauge in would it be broke? Upon inspection I found it looked OK but, my first thought was I received the wrong item. After checking it looks as I ordered the wrong item. I needed the the 10mm and I seemed to have selected the 8mm on my order. My bad!!
I would these be shipped with more packing or maybe a box of some type because the envelope was damaged a lot, in my case no matter.
